Operations Manager(full time):  This person will oversee entire Programming Department, must be very knowledgeable of radio automation systems, integration with Traffic software merge, talent development, play-by-play, writing and reporting local sports reports.  Negotiate with networks and vendors.  Social Marketing and Interactive Web Management capability.  Multi-tasking is a must.  Get in on the ground floor of a very unique opportunity in the Ithaca.  Experience in hosting Sports Talk program and/or play-by-play is required.

Sales(full time):  Looking for self-motivated individuals that exudes passion for their work.  You’ll benefit from a flexible work schedule and representing the most identifiable sports media brand anywhere - ESPN.  We’ve got exceptional creative resources that work with you to develop effective branding and selling messages for our customers.  We're looking for someone that ideally loves sports and can effectively communicate the value of marketing to such a loyal and passionate audience.  Previous sales experience is preferred.
 

Office Manager(full time):  This person will be responsible for Traffic Department, Sales Support, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable Management, phone and in person reception.  Previous experience and accounting background desireable.
 

Board operator(part time):  This person will be responsible for seamless operation of on-air sound between on-site content and studio content.  Good technical skills and a proven track record of dependability is a must.
